Take Action: When They Work Together to Destroy You There’s a Law for That

-

They want you to feel isolated.
They want you to believe it’s just a misunderstanding.
Just a mistake.
Just a bad break.

But what if it wasn’t?
What if what happened to your family wasn’t a random failure, but a coordinated effort designed to silence you, discredit you, and tear your family apart?

If it felt like the school, the police, the courts, and DHR were all working together, you’re not imagining it.

And the law has a name for that:
Conspiracy.

What Is 42 U.S. Code § 1985(3)?

This federal law protects you from conspiracies to violate your civil rights.

When two or more government actors like DHR workers, police, court officials, or therapists collaborate to interfere with your constitutional rights, especially if you’re targeted because of your race, beliefs, or background, they may be violating federal law.

Under § 1985(3), you can file a civil lawsuit in U.S. District Court if:

  • There was a conspiracy between two or more people.
  • They acted with bias, hostility, or discrimination.
  • Their goal was to deny you equal protection or due process.
  • You suffered harm because of it.

This isn’t just about misconduct. It’s about collusion with intent to destroy.

What Does This Look Like in Real Life?

  • A DHR worker falsely accuses you while the police refuse to investigate your side.
  • A therapist is pressured to write negative evaluations to justify termination of parental rights.
  • Judges, GALs, and social workers rely on the same unproven report, refusing to accept new evidence.
  • Your case is rushed through court without proper hearings or reunification efforts.

If these things are happening not by accident but through deliberate coordination, your rights are being conspired against.

And that means you have the right to take your fight to a higher court.

It’s Time to Take Federal Action

Here’s what you can do:

  1. Document the collaboration. Who worked together? What was said? What was denied? Build your timeline.
  2. Connect the dots. Show how one agency’s actions enabled another to act against you. Patterns matter.
  3. Gather your evidence. Emails, transcripts, recordings, affidavits, and names. Everything helps.
  4. Get support. Connect with others who’ve faced the same in your area. Conspiracies rarely stop at one case.
  5. File your complaint. Use 42 U.S.C. § 1985(3) to hold them accountable in federal court.
